I'm really just trying to figure out what's possible in regards to creating VR Visual Novels. Real-time rendering gives the player more opportunities for interaction with the characters, but doesn't look as good. Pre-rendered looks better, but takes a lot longer to get good quality animations and images, and you can't really interact with them as well.
What I'm working on right now is a combination. You can interact with the characters in real-time, and then she "gifts" you with high def VR and 2D images of her if you earn them. There will also be high def "sex tapes" you can earn to relive experiences with her.
The tutorial/demo will be with the same character that's in this project. The next one will be a new character named Summer. She's a roommate that gambled away all her rent and has to find a way to convince you not to evict her. If both these go well, I'll start writing a longer form visual novel.
Right on. A combination of pre and real time rendering sounds good.
I'm actually fairly new to adult visual novels and have only finished reading two of them. One was called Guilty Pleasures and the other was Heart Problems. The women are so realistic looking and attractive almost every time I would see them I would basically say to myself "wow".
After experiencing those novels I've been wishing I could experience them in first person view in VR. I'm looking forward to seeing more of your projects.
I have uploaded a PC version with a combo of real-time and pre-rendered. If you have a link cable and a decent PC, this will be the best way to experience it. I am working on building it to Quest 2, but the framerate won't be that great.
I am also working on the story mode going forward. I'm not sure if I'm going to go with the roommate that owes you storyline, or the bartender you try to pick up one.
Nice. Unfortunately I don't have a gaming PC at the moment to do PCVR but I'm working on getting one soon. I did download the game to my laptop and was able to get through some of it using the keyboard and mouse. Seems cool from what I could experience but I'll have to wait until I get PCVR going to really check out the build.
Currently, I'm working on rendering VR and 2D images that will be added to the PC version of the game. What I'm thinking about doing, is to either have a Quest 2 version that doesn't include any Real-Time elements, or just have a photo and video gallery that can be used on the Quest.

can you do a pico vr version?
The model is beautiful but maybe a bit too young in the face for me. Either way I hope you continue making visual novels for VR.
Thank you for the feedback.

I've been looking all over for VR adult visual novels and haven't been able to find any. Can't wait to try this if you decide to keep developing it.
